AUDITIONS 2017-2018 - August 12th

The time has come to audition for the 2017-2018 competitive groups.  

Please note that the auditions are mandatory for COMPETITIVE GROUPS and SOLOS. If you are not present you will be placed in a recreational group. 

We will be doing registrations for competitive and recreational groups from 9am to 4pm the same day as the auditions. 

Please note that there is a down deposit of 50$ to be able to do the auditions. This deposit will be going towards your registration fee. If after the auditions you decide not to dance at the studio, this deposit will not be reimburse. 

Here are the audition times on Saturday August 12th : 

HIP HOP : 
- 9AM : 12 and under
- 10:30AM : 13 and over

JAZZ/CONTEMPORARY/LYRICAL :
- 12:00PM : 12 and under
- 1:30PM : 13 and over

2016-2017 Audition Results

What an amazing day of auditions we had last Saturday! We would like to thank everyone that came out. We are excited for the new dance season to start. 

Here are the registration dates to register for the 2016-2017 dance year :

- Friday August 19th : 6PM to 9PM
- Saturday August 20th : 10AM to 4PM
- Tuesday August 23rd : 6PM to 9PM

The Double Creation Dance Studio 2015 Recital is Saturday May 15th. Purchase your tickets now at the studio. Some tickets will be available at the door. The doors will open at 1:30PM and the recital will start at 2:00PM. We can't wait to show you our 2016 dances. See you May 15th!

2016 Double Creation Recital

It's almost time for our dancers to take the stage at the 2016 Double Creation Recital! We can't wait to show our friends and family what we've been up to this dance season. 

Our dance recital will be held on Sunday May 15th at 2:00 p.m. at the Aultsville Theatre in Cornwall. 

The address is : 2 St. Lawrence Drive, Cornwall, ON, K6H 4Z1.  

Tickets are now on sale at the studio! Here are the prices (taxes are included) : 

• Adult (13 years and over) : 20$ 
• Child (6 to 12 years old) : 10$ 
• Under 5 years old : FREE

Day 4 - Shine Dance Competition (Kingston)

We are so proud of all the dancers that performed over the last 4 days. You never cease to amaze us! 

Here are the Day 4 results :

• Dancing by Myself (Novice) : High Gold Medal 
• Uptown Funk (Novice) : Wack Attack Special Award, Platinum Medal
• Holocene (Young Adult) : Diamond Medal

Take II, who performed on Thursday and got a Diamond, received the young choreography award for Competitive Level 1.

We can wait to see our groups perform at 5678 Showtime in Mont-Tremblant next week! Check in for the results.
